2. PROJECT_CANCELLATION_PROTOCOL

You may cancel a project and receive a full refund if cancellation occurs before work has commenced (defined as within 48 hours of payment and before any deliverables have been produced). Cancellations after work has begun but before the first draft delivery are eligible for a 50% refund of the project fee. No refunds are available after the first draft has been delivered for review.

3. REVISION_COVERAGE_PROTOCOL

All projects include up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost, provided the revision requests are within the original project scope. Additional revision rounds beyond the included two are subject to a separate fee of 150€ per round. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial delivery.

4. QUALITY_DISPUTE_PROTOCOL

If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon project specifications, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will review the dispute and, if the work is found to be materially non-compliant with the agreed scope, we will either: (a) revise the deliverables at no additional cost; or (b) issue a partial or full refund at our discretion based on the extent of non-compliance.

5. REFUND_PROCESSING_PROTOCOL

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued in Euros (€). conversioncopyhouse is not responsible for currency conversion fees or bank charges associated with refund transactions. You will receive email confirmation when a refund has been initiated.

6. NON_REFUNDABLE_ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refunds: rush fees for expedited delivery; third-party costs incurred on your behalf (stock photography, specialized tools, etc.); consulting sessions that have been delivered; custom research or strategy documents that have been delivered. Digital products and template purchases are non-refundable once downloaded.

7. EU_CONSUMER_RIGHTS

As a consumer based in the European Union, you have statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of purchase. However, if work has already commenced with your explicit consent, this right may be waived proportionally to the work completed. This refund policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

1. SERVICE_ACCEPTANCE_PROTOCOL

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of copywriting and content services by conversioncopyhouse, registered at Crer. Antonio Machado 2, Aldaia, Valencia, España, España ("Provider", "we", "us") to you ("Client", "you"). By engaging our services, submitting a project inquiry, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. SCOPE_OF_SERVICES

conversioncopyhouse provides copywriting, content strategy, and related marketing communication services as described in individual project proposals and service descriptions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in the written proposal or invoice accepted by the Client. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written agreement and additional fee.

3. PAYMENT_PROTOCOL

All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as follows: 50% upfront deposit required before project commencement; remaining 50% due upon final delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. We accept payment via Stripe payment link or bank transfer. No work will commence until the deposit has been received and cleared.

4. INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY_PROTOCOL

Upon full payment of all fees, the Client receives full ownership and intellectual property rights to all final deliverables produced under the project agreement. conversioncopyhouse retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client objects in writing. Draft materials, research notes, and working files remain the property of conversioncopyhouse unless otherwise agreed.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY_PROTOCOL

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, financial information, trade secrets, client lists, and unpublished content. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.

6. LIABILITY_LIMITATION

conversioncopyhouse's total liability under any project agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for the business outcomes of copywriting recommendations, though we strive to deliver the highest quality work possible. The Client is responsible for ensuring all content complies with applicable advertising regulations in their target markets.

7. TERMINATION_PROTOCOL

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, all work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full. In the event of termination by conversioncopyhouse, the Client will receive all completed work and a pro-rata refund for any prepaid fees relating to undelivered work.

8. GOVERNING_LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to these Terms.

9. AMENDMENTS_PROTOCOL

conversioncopyhouse reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting updated versions on this page. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of project engagement. Continued engagement of our services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
